2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

2.1 Customized or Made-to-Order Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless found to be defective or incorrectly shipped by us:

  • Items built or configured per customer specifications
  • Special orders or non-standard inventory
  • Products modified, labeled, pre-wired, engraved, or software-activated
  • Assembled or semi-assembled kits and modules
  • Products manufactured or sourced upon confirmation of order

⚠️ Once production or procurement begins, cancellation, return, or refund of customized or special-order products is strictly prohibited.


2.2 Other Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been installed, connected, used, or tampered with
  • Packaging, labels, or accessories are damaged or missing
  • Signs of improper handling, wiring, or storage
  • Items are marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Cancellable,” or “Non-Returnable”
  • The return request is initiated after the allowed window
  • Digital goods or software licenses once delivered or activated

3. Return Eligibility for Standard Items

In limited cases, we may accept returns for standard, unmodified inventory items, if the following conditions are met:

  • Return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt
  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in brand new, re-sellable condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and documentation are intact
  • Return is pre-approved in writing with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our customer service

🚫 Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted and may be sent back at your cost.


4. How to Request a Return
