Product Features:
1. Magnetic coupling rodless cylinder, with no mechanical connection between the piston and the slider, offering excellent sealing performance.
2. The motion of the piston is transmitted to the external slider through magnetic coupling force, eliminating the need for a piston rod. This reduces installation space compared to conventional cylinders and allows for a larger maximum stroke.
3. Fixed cushioning devices are installed at both ends of the cylinder to ensure smooth reversal action without impact, while also preventing mechanical damage. Optionally, an external hydraulic buffer can be added for even better cushioning effects.
4. The piston chamber is separated from the slider to prevent dust and dirt from entering the system, thus extending the service life of the cylinder.
5. Double guiding rod structure ensures high guiding accuracy and can withstand certain lateral or eccentric loads.
